パートナービザ（サブクラス820／801）は、オーストラリア市民・永住者・資格を持つニュージーランド市民の配偶者、または事実婚（de facto）のパートナーがオーストラリアに住めるビザです。一時ビザ820と永住ビザ801は同時に申請し、まず820が下りたあと801の審査に進みます。801の審査は「820／801を申請した日から2年後」を起点に始まります。820は申請時にオーストラリア国内にいることが条件です。事実婚として認められるかは関係の実態を示す資料の積み上げで決まるため、早めの準備をおすすめします。
