学生ビザが却下されたらどうなりますか？
決定の種類によっては、行政審査審判所（ART：Administrative Review Tribunal）に審査を求められます。ART は移民法1958に基づく一部のビザ決定を審査する権限を持ちます。ただし、審査請求できる決定かどうか、期限、手数料は ART 側で定められており、移民局のサイトには載っていません。却下の通知を受け取ったら、記載された案内に沿って ART のサイトで手続きと期限を確認してください。審査を待つ間も、自分のビザの状況は VEVO で確認できます。なお No Further Stay 条件の免除を断られた場合、その決定は ART の審査対象外です。
