番号移行に関する注意点

To protect customers from unauthorised ports, unauthorised access to their account, an additional identity verification process (Multi-factor identity authentication processes) will be used to verify the identity of the person making a request, prior to the mobile service number being ported or accessed.

the Australian Federal Police or the relevant State or Territory Police; and government services that support customers whose mobile service number is the subject of an unauthorised port

Contact us immediately if you have received SMS verification code requesting your number to be ported and you did not request number port.

不正な番号移行やお客様情報へのアクセスを防ぐために、移行前には追加作業として厳しい本人確認(多要素認証)が行われます。

万が一番号が不本意に移行された場合は、すぐに以下の政府担当への連絡をお願いします。

Australian Federal Police or the relevant State or Territory Police または、番号が不正利用された際の政府のサポートへ連絡をお願いします。
